Grimsby Connects to Free Wi-Fi

Scores of computer users and businesses in Grimsby have got connected thanks to a new hi-tech wireless system for free. A new Wi-Fi broadband internet service is free for those in cafes or the street for the first year, due to a partnership with Kingston Communications.

North East Linc Council are a customer on the PolkaSpots Managed Service Platform. PolkaSpots have provided the Council with a fully hosted solution that has allowed them to start a managed, registration based Wireless Hotspot in the town centre.
