What is an agent?
An agent is a company or individual that is looking for a Wireless Hotspot Solution for their clients, but doesn't want the worry of ongoing support or maintenance.
You will earn £100 for each location you find for us. If you find 5 or more in 6 months, we increase this to £150. In some cases you can also earn from providing an installation service.
The process:
- You are approached by a client asking for managed Wi-Fi Internet Access
- You install a PolkaSpots Wireless Hotspot box and depending on location size, additional access points to increase network coverage
- The location subscribes to a standard PolkaSpots Hotspot Package or buys the Hotspot Box
- Ongoing, the location is monitored and supported directly by PolkaSpots and you can find more PolkaSpots Wi-Fi Hotspots!
How you will earn.
- We pay you a £100 referral fee per installation
- In some cases you can charge the client for installation services
What makes a good location?
PolkaSpots Wireless Hotspots can be installed anywhere, all that is needed is a working BT telephone line. For the location to be profitable it must be busy, pleasant and safe for laptop users to feel comfortable when using the Wireless Hotspot service. Suitable locations are cafes, hotels, backpacker and student hostels, apartment blocks, shopping centres, public spaces and communal areas.
What other help do we give?
Some locations want to start marketting the idea on a larger scale. For such clients, we will often provide them with marketing support.
