Internet Vouchers

Internet vouchers provide timed access to the Internet. You can buy these directly from the staff in your PolkaSpots Hotspot location. These don't expire until all the minutes have been used.

What is Hacker Safe?

Like many leading on-line retailers, we've now adopted Hacker Safe Technology.

"ScanAlert is the only security scan vendor to be third-party certified to the CISP/AIS Level 1 security standard by Visa International."

What does this mean for you? It's our way of proving it's safe for you to use your credit card at any of our Hotspots. It also means that your information is stored safely and securely.

We're the only Hotspot Company in the world that has adopted Hacker Safe Technology.

Make sure your private information is safe and secure.

Auto Login

Our system will automatically log you out after 15 minutes if it senses you may not being using the Internet. This is to protect customers that have purchased cards with a preset amount of minutes and also to prevent other people using your connection.

You can enable "Mac Authentication" which will automatically log you in. To do so, please click the "Manage Your Account" link on the login screen. Enter your user name and password in the top two boxes to login. (This does not use your time up).

Click the Account Services tab. At the bottom of the screen, click to enable Mac Authentication, and enter the number of days you want it be active for. Click the Update button to save changes.

PLEASE DO NOT ACTIVATE THIS ON PUBLIC COMPUTERS.

Forgot Password?

Dont panic! Click the 'Manage my Account' link on the login page. You will be forwarded to our account management portal. There is a link at the bottom of the page to retrieve you password. Enter your username and email address and we'll send it to you immediately.
