If you require a refund, please send an email to upsetcustomer@polkaspots.com stating your name, username that you registered with, the card number and pin we issued and the nature of your problem. You must contact us within 30 days of purchasing your card. In most cases, we will not refund cards that have been used. We may charge a transaction fee of 5% of the origninal sale value for refunds.
If you are dissatisfied with any PolkaSpots Limited's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using PolkaSpots Limited - The Wireless Hotspot Company
